Right Inbox cannot access my email folders.

First of all, please make sure IMAP is enabled for your account. Then please go to ‘Label’ tab in your Gmail Settings, check the ‘Show in IMAP’ checkbox for “All Mail”, “Sent” and “Drafts” folders. If those suggestions do not help, please drop us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
