How do I enable email tracking for a single email?
You can enable email tracking for any email you write by clicking the small eye button that will appear at the bottom left side of your compose window—you may choose to track opens, clicks, or both.

You can enable tracking for each email you compose. If tracking is turned on by default for all emails, you’ll still have the option to disable it for a specific email—just uncheck “Track Opens” and “Track Clicks” before sending.
- Click the Right Inbox icon
- Click Configure Right Inbox
- Check Enable Email Open & Link Tracking on all emails
- Click Save
Where can I see my tracking stats?
Check your 'Sent' folder to see how many times your email was opened and how many times links were clicked. You'll also get real-time notifications in the bottom-left corner when someone opens or clicks your email.
Why are my emails sitting in draft? Don’t worry if you notice your emails briefly land in Drafts after hitting Send. When tracking is enabled, the extension takes a minute to prepare the email for open and click tracking. After that short delay, the email will be sent automatically.
