How can I create a recurring email?
First, open Gmail and compose your email as you normally would. To create a recurring email, make sure to include a subject line and at least one recipient—these are required by the extension. Once your email is ready, follow these steps to set it as recurring:
- Click the Recurring button
- Customize your recurring settings such as frequency, days of the week, send time, etc
- Click Schedule to save and activate your recurring email
- You can now view your recurring email in your Drafts folder
How do I know if my recurring email is scheduled? When you schedule a recurring email, it is stored in your Drafts folder until its scheduled delivery time. The subject line will include a suffix indicating it’s a recurring email. The email will be sent at the scheduled time, and a copy will appear in your Sent folder. The original will remain in Drafts for future sends. Don’t worry—the recurring suffix in the subject line is automatically removed before the email is delivered.
Can I edit a recurring email before it sends?
Yes, just head to your Drafts folder, open the recurring email, and make any edits directly in the compose window—like adding recipients, changing the email body, and more. Gmail will save your changes automatically.
How can I cancel my recurring email?

- Click Recurring

- If you want to remove the recurring draft all together, you can simply delete it.
